This year is already flooding with stunning new bathroom designs! You spend more time in the bathroom than you think, so making it a sleek, well-lit, organized space to destress while getting ready or rinsing off after a long day will brighten up your day-to-day. Cottagecore

If you’ve read our 2022 trending kitchen designs blog, you probably remember the cottagecore aesthetic. “Maximalistic” trending bathroom designs are all the rage! This style consists of bringing in natural details like plants and natural wood. This style is supposed to look lived in, so don’t be hesitant to bring in wooden shelves to store your bath necessities on above your bathtub. Try mixing wood types and tiles! Add arch mirrors, gold accents, and plenty of light to complete the look.

Organic modern

The new twist to classic modern has arrived! If you are more on the minimalistic side but don’t want your bathroom to feel cold or unwelcoming, these are the trending bathroom designs for you! Balance the plain whites with natural woods and plants to incorporate nature. If you’re wanting to throw in some color, go green! Archway style mirrors and showers are another stunning option to counteract harsh lines.

Victorian

Did we mention that green is in? Victorian-style bathrooms are back with a modern twist. We’re bringing back vintage items in a modern way, such as intricate wallpapers, grand clawfoot tubs, and even stained glass. Don’t be afraid to spice things up by bringing in rugs and your favorite classic artwork.

We decided to purchase a pool and so I went out to pool websites and put in inquiries. I got two phone calls out of the 6 inquiries I emailed. York responded immediately. The other contact took two weeks to respond. When York came to my house, he was wonderful with my dogs and my five million questions. The other company was uncomfortable with my dogs. I worked with both companies to get two quotes. The quotes were different but the key piece was that when I called York with questions they responded in 24 hours. When I decided to sign, he came out and he we signed that night. That was just the beginning of a wonderful relationship. The crew who installed the pool were amazingly kind to my children. Specifically my 13 year old who would watch them and ask them questions and they would stop and joke with him and then back to work. We installed a fiberglass pool at our home 7 years ago, and the pool has been virtually maintenance free. Meanwhile our friends who installed a gunite pool around the same time, have had their pool surface repaired 2 or 3 times.
